Mobile - you come across as a bit of a know it all. It's not an attractive trait.

I can always leave you all to it. It gets pretty tiresome spending so much of my time on here repeating the same things for months only to see people making the same old mistakes because they didn't do their thorough research in the first place. Actually, perhaps I should take a rest from this place! Good luck!

Yes, tiresome dealing with the proles isn't it.

    Good bye.

    I've been Money Tipped!
A little bit of squabbling, but MJ is 100% correct.
There is no point sending emails, using expensive phone calls etc. when the answer is so simple if everything has been done correct.
LBA giving 7-10 days, then if no joy moneyclaimonline, not just for e2save, but for everyone.
We have to abide by T&C's and so do them, don't give an inch.

    Best of luck,

    Lynsey

Maybe not, but I bet mj hasn't lost any cashback or had problems from any mobile company. Can you say the same?

Carry on mj, I for one appreciate your efforts :D

First of all, thanks to Lynsey who helped me out the other day...:A

But alas, I have opened a can of worms which I can't get my head around. I have been trying to work it out for myself by reading these threads but I have only got more confused and now feel like crying. I think that having a tiny baby mixed with sleep deprivation has killed off my brain cells. To top it off, this is the third time I've wrote this post and the damn computer keeps kicking me off... so here goes again.

I've come across the address problem. In my welcome pack there are vouchers with POBOX 462 Crewe, CW1 9DY

I phoned up asking them to send me the price match T&C about 2 months ago, they sent me t&C's & vouchers too by email, which bear POBOX 337, crewe, CW2 8WE

Finally, I've read on here somewhere that I must stick with the T&C's given when I started the contract, but in that email, the file entitled 'special terms vouchers' is a file that will not open, so god know what address they had on them.

Please take pity if you think that you can help... Where do you send yours? or is this irrelevant?

    Yes I can.

Don't get me wrong, it's great that people help others out. But when the posts are in the "What's the matter with everyone.....", "No way will I end up like others on these threads" etc etc type vein then it comes across as "I'm great, you lot are idiots".

    Just my opinion :)

Signed up with e2save, and waiting for my first cheque back (confirmed by an advisor that it was successful). Didn't get a confirmation text though. Everything is going well so far. Hopefully a cheque should be in my hands by sometime next week.

Looks like I'll have to write a LBA. I have several years experience with e2s and always got my money on the many cashbacks I've had. Seems things have changed though. No answers to e-mails or phone, post not being collected from PO box. What they are doing is not legal. Astonishing that a large UK company (CPW) would behave like this.

Like a lot of people, I have a life to get on with and don't really want to spend hours reading threads and writing letters, messing about with MCOL etc. This is the last time with e2s I'm afraid. I just signed for two of the Virgin £10/month 300/300 SIMs. Life's too short to deal with e2s.
