If you checked delivery online, the reference you entered may be saved as an autofill (my references are). Good luck:)
• hi guys i've been on the cashback enquiry line for an hour yesterday and another one today and was on hold all that time! i phoned the "if you are interested in buying a handset" line, and they answered within 2 minutes!! I told them i was not getting through and this snotty !!!!! told me he cant help as hes not trained to deal with cashback questions and i have to phone the enquiry line, and i explained that those b@stards wont answer, in a polite way and he just said he cant help me and hung up! what great service :rotfl:

i sent my bill for my cashback last month and got a letter saying it wasnt processed as i need other documents along with my bill. well its time for my second cashback (month 9 out of 18) for 50 quid, ive already lost the first 50 so dont want to screw this one up.
can someone let me know what it is I have to send along with my bill? what other crap do they need so i get my cheque. i dont see what else they would bloody need with my bill as theyve got my adress on there records with my account number on the bill, but its another fly bit of business from this company so that people (like me) dont send extra little bits that it mentions in the smallprint so they dont have to send you you're bill
well, this time i cant afford to get another letter saying ive not sent all the required documents so could someone explain what other "documents" they need aswell as my bill? the fly bampots dont need anything other than my bill but theyve obviously dont this little bit of legal small print to make sure many first time cashback claimants dont realise you need to send extra unessecary crap to get your cashback... and there customer service is non existent.... unless you're buying a handset

Boy, don't you lot ever learn?

1) DON'T waste time and money trying to "reason" with them.

2) IF you don't bother reading, printing, understanding and keeping the t&c (which are not in fact arduous!!) then don't complain because they hold you to them - you won't be in a strong postion if they are introducing something completely different (as they do) either if you don't know precisely what you're doing from day one.

As for Scotland; I have read on here in other instances that you need an address in England (unless you are prepared to go through the Scottish system) - but I am sure Quentin will advise on that.

I sent my cashback to Crewe and the recorded delivery says it was delivered from the Loughborough sorting office. I thought that Crewe were processing all cashbacks.
