    I got through to customer services after a 15 mins wait and the guy said it has not been raised but he has raised it now ready for processing so I should receive the cheque soon.

    I will let you know what happens.

    You'll be waiting at least another two weeks then. Nowadays if you allow them an inch they will usually take a mile...! However, at least you will get paid.

    Interesting.... I've had nothing back from them - I always thought no news was good news although now I'm thinking differently!

    After trying to phone them since 9am I've actually got through to hold!!!!!! Wonder how long i'll be sat here now :rolleyes:

    I've just done that but was on for 14 minutes - decided to hang up as it was costing too much! I expect I was in a queue for nothing, too - in a black hole of a phone system never to be answered!
