Hey just a thought... but how many of the KC's currently on ebay do you think are actually our orders being sold by dodgy postman? :rotfl:

Sorry to offend any hard working posties - I know you do a cracking job, but it could've happened...they are popular ;)

I think the teams sentiments would be echoed in our sincere hope that this has not (and we doubt) been the case for the few undelivered items. Of note, the knitted character is dispatched in a TV Burp colour purple polypostal bag so it is not evident what is contained inside.

Appears Sally and her team want to do a bit of self-promotion rather than sort out the problems mentioned on this forum.

It would certainly appear to be that way. I have posted numerous times here and they have not commented on any of them, let alone given me a refund.

We have sent a PM to you DrScott. Of note, refunds are issued through Paypal and Google, these have a 5 - 10 day disputation lead as outlined by these companies and this is outside of our control. As in our initial post, we have been given both written and verbal direction from Royal Mail that goods should arrive by 5/1/10 as this would account for any xmas delays prior to the 25/12/09 and we can, but only, have confidence in this assurance. If any customer has not received the goods by this date then they should email us at the earliest convenience so we can issue a refund by logging an undelivered status with Paypal/Google and log the enquiry with Royal Mail.

Hello - as directed in a previous post to a similar question, we did state that only a very small number of customers were sent the knitted character via the special delivery service after they emailed after the last available standard 1st class dispatch day. These small number of customers were in receipt of the product as electronic signatures were produced.

As before, as an individual who had not and has not ordered a knitted character, it would be of great benefit for you to email us your address in order that we may send the product FOC to chiefly address your concerns and offer an opportunity for you to both witness and appreciate the product.

This will be sent via the next day delivery service as opposed to Royal Mail 1st class as this will enable us to track and trace, then verify the electronic signature produced on day of your receipt.

    Thank you.

Apart from the fact this company are posting in breach of MSE rules, I've ignored it up until now as they have been trying to help customers. As they are now using MSE to promote the company this is a big no no. You need authorisation from MSE to post in representation of your own company.

P.S The hundreds of emails you refer to are more likely from people asking where there dolls are and did Dan send any of the thank you quotes you have posted earlier?

    Hi,
I came across this thread while my boyfriend and I were trying to get some background information as to why the knitted character he ordered for me for xmas on 5/12 hadnt arrived. I just dont think that its very fair that you are offering to give someone a knitted character for free and send it special delivery when I have been patiently waiting for the one my boyfriend paid for a month ago. Does anyone agree?

    Knitted Character Team.

I am thankful that finally you have responded to my posts and have offered me a refund; I eagerly await the cheque as I do the item itself.

As for the knitted character arriving, well you told me personally that it was sent guaranteed next day delivery in 2 emails. In addition you told me a tracking number would be given. Neither of these things happened. The question I ask is why? If you do indeed have a tracking number then please give it to me and I will follow it up with Royal Mail as a guaranteed next day service should not have taken this long.

However, I do appreciate the refund even though I will have to wait for it (I paid with Paypal and have been offered a refund by cheque). My only hope is that it doesn't end up wherever the Knitted Character is.
