it sounds like a new company starting just before christmas was not expecting the big turn out they got and could not keep up with the demand plus with the spell of bad weather we have had but sound like they are on back on track .

So, when the end of January arrived and no KC had been received I decided to drop them a final email. They responded straight away and promised to send me a KC ASAP. After everything that had happened before Christmas I did not hold my breath.

But, credit where it's due, the KC arrived yesterday morning. It's a nice item that's well made. (Perhaps slightly smaller than I expected, but overall still very nice!).

The service before Christmas was unacceptable and the lies we were told were inexcusable. I wasted so much time waiting in and emailing them. However, it seems that they may now have their house in order and have improved their customer services. They were very apologetic in their emails; which was all I wanted from day one really (aside from the item itself), rather than ridiculous excuses.

It's nice to see that all the disgruntled buyers who have posted on this board seem to have made a difference to the way this company does business. Many of which had a happy ending to their tale.

For those of you who are yet to receive their KC I urge you to keep contacting them. As anybody who has followed my posts will know, I am not somebody who would compliment this company if I have no reason to do so. They have given me reason to believe they are a genuine company now and I shall acknowledge that; In my experience, it's like they are a different company to the cowboys that I dealt with before Christmas. Good Luck to those still waiting, there is hope.

by the way still no knitted character! totally given up but as said before i got my refund throught google at least. anyway i joined the harry hill K factor on facebook and today this was posted by the production company who make harry hill, it i wonder what company they are refering to? let me think......

These sites ARE NOT ENDORSED by Harry Hill, TV Burp or Avalon Television, the producers of the show. We have been contacted by many disappointed people who have placed orders and paid money to these ...sites and then never received anything. We urge fans to use caution and not buy from these unofficial websites. I was in the exact same position, I'd totally given up but thought I'd fire off one last email just expressing my disappointment. I was amazed to find a purple packet plop on my doorstep just a few days later. It may be worth one last shot. I found politeness and honesty worked for me. You shouldn't have to be chasing it up and probably feel like you don't even want to waste the time (I know exactly how it feels to be in this position!) but hey, I am glad I did.

I like the sound of the "Official Knitted Character". As well made as the KC is, it doesn't have the size of the one from the TV (In my head 10 inches was quite big). Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
