A very good question. I didn't realise but earlier messages appear to have been sent from .com whilst the more recent one from .co.uk. Hmmmm?0 -

You could send it to both. Just put both addresses in the address bar, separated by a comma. That way, they're sure to get it.0 -
Yeah I sent the last few to both!0

Send them an Email and DEMAND a refund. I did just that about 30 minutes ago, and threatened to take them to trading standards, I've just recieved a reply 5 minutes ago saying:
Dear ********** l, I am sorry that we have not responded to your messages so far we have been very busy trying to get the second batch or orders ready for dispatch. I see you ordered your knitted character after 10th December which was the last date for the item to be sent before Christmas. After the 10th orders were to be dispatched in the week commencing 04/01/10 Your Order was dispatched to you yesterday first class. unfortunately Royal Mail are having a very hard time getting all post delivered in time.
I hope this is a satisfactory explanation, if you still feel you would like a refund when you receive the knitted character please post him back to
Warwick Hall
Off Banastre Avenue
Cardiff
CF5 1LU
and we will issue an immediate refund.
All the best
Jenn
-Also remember if you have paid with a credit card though google checkout then you are insured with your credit card company, as I was told earlier on the phone. Good Luck! I plan on sending mine back recorded delivery and getting a full refund anyway!
Have a look at the screen prints on page 10, look at the date of the screen grab and the delivery date they are promising. Let me know if you think they tell porky pies or not

It would certainly seem to be another case of the old 'it wasn't our fault it was Yours (i.e. when you ordered)/Royal Mail/The Weather/Our Email System' (delete where applicable). This evidence is pretty conclusive.
Whatever excuse they give, they don't ever explain why Christmas delivery was guaranteed to so many and why it never happened (I still can't get my head round the fact they still state some items were sent special delivery but cannot provide tracking numbers or why items supposedly posted before Christmas are postmarked 31.12.09).
Is it just a case of massive confusion or is it just more fibs to avoid explaining why their promises were not kept?0 -
Morning all
Well it is day 50 since i ordered my KC and still no sign. 20 + emails and also enquiries through google checkout. No refund as yet. Have been emailing the .com address, so will also start with the co.uk. Am keeping all the emails by the way as proof of my efforts to get in touch and request the refund. Day 13 of refund requests!
Onwards and upwards as they say.0 -

i dont know if its just poor management or scamming
if they are trying to scam then they are doing it very poorly, with all their mixed messages and easily spotted lies0 -
