What a bunch of muppets. They came on here full of promises and their loyal fans tried to discredit genuine posters. No response to my e-mails and no knitted character as well so far.

They might soon be back with wonderful testimonials from customers and our resident Loyal fan will bleat on about how wonderful they are.No matter what they say. there are plenty of unhappy customers out there. And at least I am not a so-called jealous rival telling porkies as has been alleged.

You're brave AHM - I wouldn't trust them with my credit card details.

It really wouldn't have been a problem however, had they simply kept their promises and delivered what people had paid them for.

ive had no probs [lucky obviously] with the transaction, got the goods x 2 and nowt odd going on with my account. [chek daily as i use it on the net quite frequently]

its like banging ones head against a brick wall. there is obviously a problem with oders received via ebay or google checkout, problms with their email system [perhaps went down due to emails received in way of queries].

some of us were lucky to receive our orders, it doesnt make us employees of or the biggest fans of the company involved.

some have now received their orders.

this country cannot cope with the snow we had recently, go anywhere out in the rurals and the minor roads are sheet ice and have been for a few weeks now. and now we have more bad weather.

at the end of the day we have our lives and our health and may have lost out on £25 quid. and may get a refund and then receive a poor lonely character 4months down the line who has been stuck in a backlog i n some strike and snow and ice riddled postal depot.

im still waiting on a halloween card sent to my kids by their cousin in america. i didnt start leaping around blaming royal mail or whatever the american postal system are called and threatening them with the police etc.

these things happen. shrug and move on and be thankful it wasnt a matter of life or death.

  • Anthillmob, with regard to your footer quote "There's someone in my head, but it's not me" I think it might be one of the missing Knitted Characters:rotfl::rotfl:

Those that are complaining about the missing KC's are probably just the tip of the iceberg. How many other people have been 'allegedly' ripped off by this company and have not complained as yet or ever will. Excuses about e-mail systems, bad weather or poor postal services don't wash, I send and get post delivered everyday without a problem. In one instance I ordered goods over the internet just the other evening and the goods arrived the following morning. Needless to say the company I ordered from in that instance was not BMG Burp!

Been reading thru this thread as i ordered a KC on the 17/11 and NO delivery...what a surprise!
I am happy for those of you that did get yours:)
got all the usual emails of promsied delivery etc, and on the 23/12 i started my paypal dispute.

Still no response at all. even via paypal.

Emailed again this morn to tell them what i thought of their customer service (refund given at this point) and that i will go to trading standards etc. then...... Now sit down.....
I got a real live email!!!! asking for my number!!!
Gave my number, got a call and more importantly an apology. Heard the usual, weather, royal mail etc, but told them, all people wanted was honesty. If it was going to be late then tell us, and apologise.
Been told i will be being posted a new KC (wont get my hopes up) and that they are going thru the back log of unhappy customers......i told her good luck with that one! lol

Just wanted to let you all know. I was as steaming mad as some of you, and didnt want the refund but the KC, but had no choice to start my dispute out of pure frustration. So, there may be light at the end of the tunnel for you:)

Whilst I have not yet received my Knitted Character, I have finally got a refund from Paypal (the seller did not respond so I got my money back). I still hope that the complimentary Knitted Character that I was promised arrives. Though, I've been promised things by this company before, [cough] Guaranteed Christmas delivery [cough].

You're absoutely right. My Mum ordered something for my Brother from another website and they could not fulfil the order for Christmas so offered her a full refund and a sincere apology. You can't ask for anymore. There was no need for lie after lie.
