and for those who say the emails are bouncing, tonight i received an email from 'sally' from the KC Team. not a bounce. persoanl email. moved by my comments i sent them regards the order i received just in time for christmas that wouldnt have been the be all and end all if it had arrived a bit late.

and how im pleased with the order.

which just feeds my suspicions that some one here are ling and bitter 'rivals' to the KC Team.

so folksNOT BOUNCING AND THE TEAM ARE TAKING NOTE

I'm glad that they are back up and running on the email front, it reassures me that I may receive my refund if they can still be reached. As for the 'bouncing', the Knitted Character team commented the following in their original post:

To address those who have received 'bounced' replies to our email.

We have had debilitating email problems since 28/12/09 which has caused the undeliverable status - we have been unable to contact the domain hosts due to the holiday period but our technical manager advises that any email sent will be stored on the server and retrievable

So, the bouncing of emails was acknowledged as happening by the seller themselves. Not a case of bitter rivals telling porkies!

another day still no email from theknittedcharacter team and still no character.
  • Knitted Character arrived today - plopped through letterbox in purple polybag, postage paid £1.28, postmark 31/12/09.

So... what was it the knitted character team were saying regarding their claim against Royal Mail in respect of non-delivery in time for Christmas???

Regardless of the quality of the product, if a company isn't able to honour a guarantee, then they shouldn't give one in the first place, let alone try and blame the postal services for their own failings.

Did anyone receive their Knitted Character today? I didn't.

EDIT: I think Helen has just answered my question. LOL.
    Anyone else?
