  • I got mine in time for xmas - haven't paid much attention to the programme but my daughters are avid fans and they are very happy with them. My package was late coming but I'm fairly sure that was down to the post - had a "sorry you were out card" and then the sorting office couldn't find it and it turned up 4-5 days later.

I see the knitted character team are still lying, I contacted them after 21st i have the emails to prove, STILL NO KC, i will be contacting trading standards in cardiff on monday to complain, i suggest everyone who has been lied too, ignored, ripped off to do the same.
  • i was very fortunate to actually receive mine it came after christmas, i was promised christmas delivery, ordered 1st dec. i too stayed in all day tuesday, i too got the same emails, the KC came in a small plastic bag, and they used 1st class at a cost of £1.26, very dispointed, as i paid a lot more, not even any paperwork inside, invoice and website said guaranteed christmas delivery, they have let down, my daughter who had put it on her christmas list for santa to bring. i ordered one from the offical supplier to itv, and the quality and size is a lot better, i would suggest using them, i would not recommend harryhillknittedcharacter to anyone.

Me too Scooper (see my earlier post with published comms).

I note the "KNITTEDCHARACTERTEAM" have not bothered to respond to my post, which clearly shows them up for the liars they are.

To Sally, instead of singing your own praises on here by quoting 'apparent' happy customers, could you put a bit of effort into answering the questions that we are asking? Do you honestly believe that on reading about those people that we are going to sit back and think well that's ok then? Someone else is happy so it doesn't really matter about everyone else? Are you living in cloud cuckoo land? In fact, it riles me, everytime I see that you have been busy on the website or on here saying this.

    It really is about time

    1. you responded to emails.

    2. You explain what really happened to the orders instead of saying it was the weather blah blah. If you were up front, it would not have been so bad, but the lies...

    3. you give immediate refunds and maybe a KC to those who have been so let down.

    4. You start to be honest with customers or don't bother trying to run a business.

    Thank you.

And PS. What happened to my order of 18th november, still waiting???????? Because that order went in a whole 22 days before the 10th Dec when every KC on order before that date had been posted, so you say?
  • I ordered and received email conformation on 02-12-09, cheque cleared on 07-12-09, needless to say, no Knitted Character!

    Is there a wool shortage?
