    Definitely worth a shot.
You're absoutely right. My Mum ordered something for my Brother from another website and they could not fulfil the order for Christmas so offered her a full refund and a sincere apology. You can't ask for anymore. There was no need for lie after lie.

100% in agreement with you. Common Courtesy is all that is necessary:)

its like banging ones head against a brick wall. there is obviously a problem with oders received via ebay or google checkout, problms with their email system [perhaps went down due to emails received in way of queries].

some of us were lucky to receive our orders, it doesnt make us employees of or the biggest fans of the company involved.

some have now received their orders.

this country cannot cope with the snow we had recently, go anywhere out in the rurals and the minor roads are sheet ice and have been for a few weeks now. and now we have more bad weather.

at the end of the day we have our lives and our health and may have lost out on £25 quid. and may get a refund and then receive a poor lonely character 4months down the line who has been stuck in a backlog i n some strike and snow and ice riddled postal depot.

im still waiting on a halloween card sent to my kids by their cousin in america. i didnt start leaping around blaming royal mail or whatever the american postal system are called and threatening them with the police etc.

these things happen. shrug and move on and be thankful it wasnt a matter of life or death.

Um, but they deliberately misled hundreds, if not thousands, of paying customers. Warning others is kind of what this forum is for. Payment/email/weather problems are all total cobblers. They were dishonest and let down parents and their children.

Yeah, it's only a soft toy and ain't the end of the world but I don't appreciate being treated like a mug and expect respect when I'm parting with my hard eared. I won't be fobbed off with platitudes and excuses. Companies like this need to be exposed for what they are.

well....i ordered another for myself 3 days ago direct from the site and guess what arrived this morning? a knitted character.

so there is obviously something wrong with the orders those still waiting have made and i hazzard a guess its nothing to do with 'sally' and her team.

i have just visited sally and her KC site (BMG Burp Ltd) and this is what they are saying now:

Hand made to order and dispatched in a Burp purple (that must be burple then!) polypostal bag 1st class WC 25/1/10 – this is the latest you can expect dispatch.

nothing wrong with order just incabable of sending the goods i have ordered. i paid with my credit card via google for added safety.

    maybe on commission?

well i dont know, as isaid yesterday obviously problems with other methods of order.

i have nothing whatsoever to do with sally or bmg burp.

a lowly citizen living in surrey with 2 kids, a dog, hubby and work for the local council.

I didn't suggest you have anything to do with the company.

Many posters on this thread have provided cast iron evidence (and I too have mine) that the company have not only received their order, but then blatantly lied to them about the dispatch date and method. How can 'Sally' and her team not be responsible for that?

Great, but please respect other forum members who haven't.

You can't back up your speculation that it's nothing to do with Sally and her team and you cannot dispute the evidence which others have already provided proving that it is.

Some of your comments could be interpreted as suggesting those placing the orders are at fault and that's insulting.
