Indeedy sent SD. Post mark on it says "post by 07/01/10" and they said yesterday they couldn't guarantee next day but will sd it. Postie got thru the snow ok.......and next day delivery.....

So easily done............Now! Shame they couldn't fulfil the promises PRIOR to xmas

I was the person who started this thread so feel personally interested in it, despite recieving my KC on Xmas eve. I feel so sad for all those people that havent got theirs but just had to say your post made me laugh! Thanks for bringing a smile to my ' frozen - just walked home from work' face!!!

well still no KC but on a plus note i did get my refund today from google checkout, as bmg had not responded. so i bet i will never see my kc from them now, i feel so angry and let down, just an email with i am sorry for the non delivery as promised, would have been nice i have watching the post every day eince christmas, i have finally given up hope, i am now going to use the money and get one from cloth ears, don't know when i will get it but at least they are not making false promises.

I feel exactly the same way, the BMG Burp team have done nothing to reassure me personally that they are not a cowboy operation. I know other people on here have had the item an/or received prompt refunds (which I am genuinely pleased about) but I only got a refund because BMG Burp refused to respond to the Paypal dispute and as for the Knitted Character....well, my delivery/deliveries must have been coming via the Bermuda Triangle.

Where has the Knitted Character been this week? Who knows?

An update!
I have received a full refund via PayPal for my KC order made 23rd Nov after starting a claim on the 1st Jan. Sadly I've still not had any replies to the 7 or 8 emails I sent to Sally and the team!
