Hillarious (bearing in mind I've had a refund and a knitted character from them).

I got one of these too, the cheek of it! I guess they've included the specification of the Knitted Character so that us who are yet to receive it can imagine what it looks like. Why would I order another one?, they haven't managed to get the first one here yet.

I think my KC must be on an exotic holiday, or ran off with DRscott's as he never arrived. have you read the testimonals on the website, quite a laugh, clearly all made up! if it is what they call good publicity hope no one actually believes it.

i also got the same email yesterday and had steam coming out of my ears! I have just found a message in my 'inbox' on here written on 7/1/10 from the knittedcharacterteam apologising for not getting my order and could i provide them with my 4 digit number on my order. Anyway i have given them the order number from my receipt at googlecheckout and will see how they respond to that.

Just wanted you lot to check your inboxes in case they have been in touch. I didn't even know i had an inbox on here! Was a bit taken aback that they are responding on here and not to any of my 20 plus emails.

Finally, i am pleased to report a refund, an apology for the dreadful customer service, and the promise of a kc to be sent out on monday. (watch this space on the last bit!)

hi i also sent for one of these kc for daughter for christmas . i sent a cheque took out of bank 15th dec nothing must admitt every email i have sent got email back from sarah or helen. . bit upset now i have come across this forum and found other have not recieve theres i got reply saying having trouble with royal mail i asked if they could track it got email would get it before friday nothing sent another email they would send another out nothing and waiting for more wool . just got email today its lost in post and would send one out mon . hope this is true if not i will ask for refund and speak to trading standerds
