You should be a management consultant, I think you have cracked their problem. All they need to do is employ some Spainish people who when asked on the phone or via email when the knitted character will be sent they answer with just the following two words "mañana mañana"

update bearing in mind they have always replied to my other emails today sent a email asking for refund as i paid by cheque i was not bothered how i got my refund but on further searching i have found that there have been quite a few people who have not recieved there kc . saddly i have not recieved a reply i wonder why ? so next i will write a letter tomorrow

It's an awkward situation you're in, I'd defintely write a letter but don't know how much joy you will have. I only got a refund because they refused to respond to my Paypal dispute. They did nothing to give me my money back. I was fortunate that Paypal could get my money back. All I can say is good luck, some people seem to have been lucky with this company. Though many others haven't.

I ordered mine on Monday and got it yesterday!!!!!!! I think they must have there !!!! togetha coz they are selling them next day delivery now he is well cute an all!!!!! Hop you all get urs soooon
