Its 10.40 am and it has just arrived! Cant quite believe it! It is fine, very cute and well made. If anyone from the company reads this please learn from all the posts on here. You obviously are genuine but please try to improve your communication with your customers and give yourselves more time to make them so people don't get concerned.

This is my final post on the subject. I am not listening to any more of this. On Wednesday 06 Jan 10. Should I have not received the goods I will be contacting the Police, Office of Fair trading ITV, BBC and every major newspaper in the land. I will then be starting an internet campaign to expose these people for what they are.
I would suggest everybody on here who has not received there goods does the same bombard Facebook, Twitter, MySpace with everything you can.
If they came out now and said yes we have ripped you off I would say fair enough and put it down to experience. It is this constant lying and treating people with contempt which I cannot abide.0 -

I'm glad that Helen has finally been given a refund. I too have been pursuing a refund via Paypal but have received no response up to now.
I was one of the individuals who was sent a personal message promising guaranteed next day delivery, which was a false promise. I say this because a) I am still not in receipt of the product despite ordering in November and b) no tracking number has been forthcoming. Therefore, in the absence of said tracking number I'm led to believe that the item was not sent via the promised postal service. I waited in (or somebody else in my family did) for the entire week for an item that was not going to be delivered. Worse than that, I have been left without a Christmas present as a result (the only one that I purchased due to severe financial hardship). The icing on the cake is that I opened a Paypal dispute to obtain a refund and have had no developments on that front (i.e. you are yet to respond).
I will send a personal email to you and would gladly accept a refund but that does not leave me in a better position; I am still a Christmas present down and have wasted many hours either emailing you or waiting in for a delivery that was not going to arrive (and still hasn't). What do I have to show for it? Absolutely nothing, apart from the feeling of disappointment that is.0 -

Hear Hear. Yes I have now had a refund, but only due to posting on this forum - my many emails to Sally & co were simply ignored. And I the end of the day I would still have rather had my KC dispatched by guaranteed next day post on 21st December as promised, as I too am still a present down.

so glad i found this thread and i am not the only one, i ordered mine on the 1st dec plenty of time for christmas, same as so many other no kc still waiting. i feel very let down, epecially as had not real response from them, i have a record of all emails sent and recieved so does google checkout. I will contact watchdog about this as i am so angry, i bet they would be interested in this story as there is so many unhappy customers.
I paid via google checkout and have opened a dispute.
i contacted them through google checkout on:
16 dec - automated reponse - dont panic et
18 dec - same auto reponse - dont panic items sent 21st next day with tracking number
22 dec - asked for tracking no - no reply automated response
23 dec - again auto response
30 dec asked for cancellation and refund no reply
very convient there server not working with so many not receiving their character.0 -

totally AGREE WITH YOU, I WANT TO MAKE EVERYONE AWARE NEVER ORDER FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.
if you want a decent copy of the one on the telly, i suggest you get one from the official supplier to ITV.0 -

I have just contacted Cambridgeshire Police who have suggested the following and I suggest others do the same and contact your local constabulary
They have issued me with an incident number and have suggested that I write to the company at
BMG BURP
WARWICK HALL HEATH
CARDIFF
CF14 3NR
This is to be done by RECORDED DELIVERY.
If I have not had a response or refund by 7 days then the police will investigate further.
The Police have also advised that if you suspect this is a scam you are to cancel your card immediately. Just to be safe0 -
Just to add my 2 cents worth- I ordered 2 on the 9/12 and got them with no problems. On Christmas Eve, but still they turned up before Christmas.
EDIT: Have to admit they're not the best looking, now I come to think of it. I presume it's too late to say anything to them?0
