Thanks again,
Can you give us some examples of what you've seen? I don't think that there is a helpful list of the terms anywhere0 -
AT how are your store of books going? still selling 11 or so a day from that lot?
Sold 4 books yesterday which is a good result for me of late.
Sold an old pensioner for 9.99 on ice skating that was one of my very original buys from last aug/sept so it just goes to show sit tight and your books will sell eventually.0 -

Hi Angela,
Since I picked up the stuff from the auction I have sold 35 books, CDs and DVDs (I bought the CDs and DVDs at the same sale) and had 3 pendings that fizzled out. The 11 that I posted in one day were from over the weekend, I'm not that lucky! My open listings are around 750 now  storage!!!!
I gave away about half of the stash, listed half of the remaining books on Amazon and the other half is ebayable, I'll list those when the summer slump is at it's worst in a few weeks because I won't be doing much packing of my normal ebay stuff then so I'll have plenty of time to sit and list them.
The CDs were in one lot, there were about 120 plus a Phillips Walkman type player in a carry case and an electric laminator - this lot hammered down for £5. VERY NICE INDEED, it was an antique sale so there was nobody in the room remotely interested on going on hands and knees under the table to rummage in boxes, I always wear scruffs on viewing days to do just that. I sit on the floor and take photos so I can study them whe I get home, it saves taking lots of notes.
Half of the CDs were club mix type things, my son might be interested in those when he comes home, if not I'll ebay them as one lot, my daughter isn't interested at all.
About 30 of them were very good saleable artists, the remaining ones were relaxation CDs, y'know waterfalls, crashing surf, birds chirpping etc I just counted them, there are over 50 of those. I'll keep a few and ebay the rest later.
I'm pleased that I bought them, the only real reservation was the storage problem, I think that I may have eased it slightly because my neighbour will take some of sons household possesions into her garage till he knows what his next move is so that eases our garage space a bit but it is a very scary - at the moment I have 3 lidded plastic crates of books in his wardrobe, and 5 boxes of china in his room - he's home from Uni in 2 weeks!0 -
At 5.30pm yesterday I hadn't sold a book and was thinking of coming on to have a whinge! By 10.30 last night I had sold 6 books!!!... so even if you can't get to your pc to have a whinge - think about it, it worked for me!0

I sometimes email the seller to let them know, I've had a few replies to say thanks they hadn't realised. They then put their price up which doesn't make mine looks so badAMAZON SELLERS CLUB member 0077 come and join us :hello: make some space and get hold of some cash, we're on the ebay and other auctions, car boot and jumble sales board.0 -
I've done that too and sent them a link for these threads so they can get a bit of help....don't know if any of them came for a look though...0
