selling your stuff on Amazon - part 5

what do you guys do about books that have a certain 'aroma' about them ?

Hi all,
I am gutted.

I have just had a 1 out of 5 feedback.

The book was sold on the 4th June and the feedback left yesterday. It stated that there were 15 pages missing from the book!

The buyer didn't contact me or Amazon. I would have given a refund straight away if I had been. And I would have been very apologetic.

Is it a coincidence that last week I left neg feedback for a Mr Martin Brown for refusing to send a book that was going to cost him too much postage. And now I get a neg from a Mr Martin Green!!!

This book was sent a month ago, can I do anything about it. He hasn't asked for anything. He hasn't even contacted me!

This has me very sad, as I always try my best to get it right.

After selling all these books, my missus wants Patricia cornwell - The last precinct - and I can't find it anywhere! Please say I don't have to buy it for 1p and loadsa postage! - lol HELP - someone find it cheap (PLEASE!)

Before you said you wanted it, tomorrow morning it was going out on a table at the end of my drive, inviting passers-by to help themselves. I did that last weekend and got rid of about 50. They were all the amazon-type 1p books which were too heavy to post and not lose money.
