not doing too bad today, i took the plunge today and had my hair cut, i used to have very long (i could nearly sit on it ) hair but now it is just on my shoulders and layered, i was quite nervous but i do like it. The next step is to possibly change the colour but one step at a time. The new me begins ?

H came over to pick up his post and looked completely shocked to see my new look, he wanted to know why i hadnt told him i was going to do it so i just said ' i dont need to now do i?' he was shocked at that response but said that he really liked it, he also started to tell me that he and her had had a big barny the other night where he slept on the sofa and i just said i didnt really want to know about it, it was none of my concern and again he looked taken aback.

Absolutely spot on Tina. Another tip, get him a post redirection form, he can then have his post sent to his new home which gives him one less excuse to keep you from moving forward.
:T (If it was me, I would have also changed the door locks by now, but I'm guessing that you're not quite ready for that yet). One step at a time - remember that as long as they ae headed in the right direction, you will get to where you need to be eventually.

Or, if he's resistent to this and you know his address, you could just re direct it yourself and tell him that's what you'll be doing from now on? Just a thought.

Well done Tina !!! Tough love can sometimes work and at the very least you are standing up to him and not letting him walk all over you. I hope he comes to his senses soon.

    Go TINA!

I bet your hair looks lovely, I'm so pleased for you on so many levels - doing something for yourself, making yourself feel better, not crying, feeling better, being snippy to him. Yessssssssssssssss!

Sorry I've not been around much this week, but I was so chuffed to see such a positive post. I bet 2 weeks ago you didn't think you'd have a day like that did you? See - things are changing. Keep up the good week and I hope your busy work week keeps you occupied!
