Much more sensible would be to ask this question in an O2 thread than a Three one!

I have raised a query with Quidco as they are showing the wrong amount on my earnings for the contract I took out with three. They have replied asking for my 9 digit Web Order number beginning with '237'. My web order number is 8 digits long starting with 35. Any one got any ideas what I can do about this?

3 is fine if you live in or very close to the city. If you live in the sticks - its hopeless

does not seem that bad considering they not offering as many great deals as they did about 1 year ago. i would ring them again and see if they can offer something better but maybe with less mins. i got 300mins 150 texts for £5pm!

Not according to what I've read on here - could you be generalising a tiny wee bit? ;)

I've been on the 3 website today. In the past I have managed to go through Quidco & get most of the referral fee they promised back, I have also managed to get the £30 refer a friend back as well. Today when I tried I couldn't find anywhere to enter a friends details. I used 3's online help to post a query about this and was told that I would not be eligable for the refer a friend money if I went through Quidco.

Has anyone else had similar problems and, if so, were they able to find a way round this?

What is the best new deal for a new customer right now, utlising Quidco and refer a friend? The handset isn't a big deal (its for my dad who is happy with his current one) and I want to deal with Three direct. So, any ideas? Thanks!
