Anyone got 3 Pay, or should I say WePay, I have a vodafone sim and i have used it to call my 3 phone all weekend witht he 5p per minute incoming call bonus topup, how does it work and what is the prices of the calls as the bundles are not valid to use with the free topups.
Anyone tried this trick?
2000 Minutes over the weekend @ 5p Per Minute = £100

Hey thanks for the reply computerwoman, after a search on the net and a look on nokias website I went for a firmware update. This would seemingly update a few of the problems on the phone. However, after I started the update it was halfway through and the phone died... If the phone is disconnected it says then phone becomes corrupted and wont turn on, so you must charge it with a full battery. Which I did, and as it died it wont turn on! So going to need to ring some Indian tech support people to see what they can do....
it also sounds like your phone needs flashing (which nokia phones do) which has to go back to the department for that, even if you went into a nokia shop they would have to send it away,
good luck

I also got exactly the same as you, very happy indeed, managed to get them to throw in a free bluetooth set aswell, first guy I spoke to was having none of it telling me I would have to pay for one, but I rung again and spoke to a lady and she was more than happy to send one out, phone arrived today really pleased with it!
I've been with 3 for 21/2years no problems so far!:xmassmile Looking forward to December:xmassmile0 -

hi folks,
could anyone tell me which one would be the best offer on 3 (clearance) ? is it the N80r, 6233r, 6280r or N73r? Thanks..0 -

if you want half price line rental for the duration i recommend going for the N80r, you dont get the full 18 months at half price on the n73r. Therefore it will work out cheaper if u got the n80r, possibly sell it for a handset you actually want?SLC: £13000+
Quidco: £131.24 (paid) + £0 (validated) = £131.24
Valued Opinions: £75 (paid) + £52.30 (received) + £4.50 (pending) = £131.80

thanks, but i will use it and i heard some people that N80 is not good when it comes to battery life..Im really after the running cost and an added toy to take pics and videos of my kids..so do u think this is fine?

well between the N80r, 6233r, 6280r or N73r, i would choose the n73r... other alternative on Three are the k800i R or the w850i R.
I went for the n80r, which I sold for £120 and bought a n73 off of eBay for £130. By chosing the n80r on my tariff rather than the N73r I save myself 8 months half line rental (£140!)

I have just changed networks, saw 3 advertising 15.00 per month for life (including VAT) with 500 cross network minutes, no texts (you can add on 75 texts for £5.00 per month) but I needed mine for voice To port my number over took 1 week, the coverage is very good, even worked well in Gran Canaria. Customer services at 3 are very good, even tho on your phone you have a thing called planet 3, which gives you all info, i.e. how many minutes you have used, what your bill is going to be. I would rate the phone and 3 network 9 out of 10. only had phone for 2 months so will keep you posted, but very very pleased with it at the moment. Would recommend it.0

Wait until you get your bill for using it in Gran Canaria! (Phones will usually work abroad, because they can connect to any network, making the likelyhood of coverage much greater. The penalty is the amount you pay to make and receive calls.)
It's a shame that they aren't bundling internet access - I've got the 30MB a month free that they were offering last August, and it's great to check emails or look things up in pubs!Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0
