Why do we all complain and do nothing about it or feel a bit better when get some crap compensation from these companies. Cancel your contracts and boycott anyone with such a horrible so called customer services. That is what I did with 3 and pledged never to go back to them regardless of how cheap or tempting their offers are.Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????0

AletankAnyone in the Merseyside/Liverpool area on 3 ?
My sister has been on "3" since christmas she's Birkenhead side of Merseyside and has had no problems at all, I also want to take the big step onto "3" but am so worried as I'm North Wales and haven't seen much feedback from my end.a please & thank you is all it takes :wave:0 -
I've had an LG8120 on Videotalk500 with 75 texts, with 6 months half price line rental since august. The network coverage is absolutely great(thanks to O2 roaming where 3g coverage is unavailable. - I've used it in the West Highlands,North Cornwall, and in my local area of Birmingham.
Don't worry if you live in a remote area; if you have O2 coverage there, you will be able to use 3,apart from for video calls and internet as these require 3g coverage.
The savings I've made on phone calls has been immense; because there are so many free minutes I don't need to use the landline, plus the minutes are to any mobile network,so I save on both my landline and mobile bills.
The network itself is great. I did however have 2 handsets die on me,so 3 had to come and collect my phone for repair/replacement, so i think that better handsets are the key area in which they could improve, but all in all,the ultimate money-saving network.0 -
Thanks guys
Makes a nice change reading good reports, most do seem to be negative but I relise people are quicker to complain.

I agree but have you seen the threads about porting numbers from "3" back to "3" when 12 month contracts are up!?! so if they were that bad people would not be wanting to stay with them, I'm waiting for a really good offer now from one of the trustworthy retailers I think that e2saves nokia 7600 with free bluetooth 500 mins 100 texts looks the best anyone got a better one? would really like the motorola 975 on this offer .a please & thank you is all it takes :wave:0 -
