Can anyone tell me if the GPS thingy works on the 616? Thanks. One benifit with 3 is when the service messes up and you get free calls. My daughter who never has any credit and a Nokia 7600 has been on the phone for about 3 hours tonight. She has had this opportunity about three time in the last month. One happy teenager, even if it doesn`t do it very often!

Ive had the same problem with e2save regarding referral money. Ive had about 15 people order phones and yet I still havent got any money back.
Im getting all sorts of excuses....
Some of my orders were put in November, but as yet no cash.

Ive also had problems with getting my referral money, when I call in I get passed around the company. Some of my referrals are nearly 3 months old and as yet no money. e2save need to get their act together...and quick!

I think 3 might be the last straw where my husband's concerned.

He's had to put up with most of the complaints others have in this topic, phone cutting out repeatedly, the call centre palaver, etc etc etc. So has my daughter.

After sending the phone back no less than six times since September for repairs, he rang Trading Standards, who, apparently, are well aware of the problem. Which created it's own problem.

Who can he complain to when he bought the phone from Dialaphone, yet the service is with 3?

No need to answer by the way. He's stuck with them for about another 18 months it seems, so he's using my cheap Sagem-X which cost about 20 quid, and it's the best phone he's had.

Just checked the despatch note and it says it's an NEC e313 3G ??

Asked other half and he thinks it's an LG8310?
