You can get that deal for £10, either as a 30 day sim only rolling contract (actually 100 mins and unlimited texts) or the 75 min and unlimited texts is on offer for £100 -
In reply to post 1269, it is included, BUT no matter how long I surf, when I check my usage, it always says 'no data used'. well, I'm not telling '3', when they finally twig, then I'll have to try something different.Never Knowingly Understood.

That's interesting. Mine says "You have not used any internet data outside of your allowance".
Not very helpful if you're trying to keep track of it.0 -
We have a Sony Ericson C905 . In just over 6 months it has been back for repair 7 times . It is now back again as the speaker in the ear piece is off again . This is recognised as a manufacturers fault with this model and has been repaired twice in the past . This time we are being asked to pay £30 for the repair . They say there is damage to the trim and although they admit it is unconnected to the fault any damage to the phone invalidates the warranty and that this is stated in my contract . Can this be legal , imagine Ford not repairing your engine under warranty because you had a curry stain on the passengers seat . The shop manager was totally inflexible and constantly told me it was my problem not his as the complaint was with Sony Ericson . My partners and my mobile and mobile broadband contracts are up with T Mobile at the end of this month and we were seriously considering 3 . Not any more0

Am I missing something here - now 3 have cut the roaming charges, it's cheaper to send picture messages from abroad (11p in Europe) than from home (25p)?
That seems ridiculous!
Incidentally, does anybody know whether picture messages come out of your inclusive allowance (as counting for x texts) on pay monthly?0 -

With my contract, I have 50 inclusive video or photo messages per month, after that they get charged at the standard rates.
Going back to other peoples deals, I went to leave a couple of months back and got offered a Nokia N96 and enough credit on my account to give me 12 months free line rental for an 18 month contract extension. My other half is on Orange and the three coverage by us is so much better than orange could ever hope for, faster broadband speeds and never had calls drop out. Only ever had issues when on the beach in Devon or Cornwall, but no more so than on any other network.
got to say I've been quite happy with them over the last 4 years or so.0 -
A question for those using the 3 service: How well does the Skype to Skype calling facility on the phone work?
The overseas people whom I call tend to use Skype so if the calling facility works well I could see value in this service.
I am currently on O2 and there seems to be a good offer from 3 on the E71, 20 quid a month for 200 minutes, unlimited texts and data, 18 months, the only downside is the contract length but I'm paying the same on my O2 line anyway (albeit for more minutes).0 -
Skype to Skype has had a delay when I've used it, so you end up saying "Hello?" a lot until you get used to it!
Otherwise, quality is excellent and I've not had a dropped call yet.0 -
