3 is the cheapest, but is it best

I only have their word that I didn't dial the prefix and they are stating now that I am making calls I know I haven't made. I think that is a problem!
They can't just edit your bill despite what some people think.
How far back does your dialed numbers go back on your handset? Did you check this when you got the bill?
You say yourself that you may have just dialed back a missed call thus bypassing dialing the prefix.0 -
Please help, I just don't get this. 3 are giving away a pair of free sims, and for £80 I can get two 3/Skype mobiles. Their advert says;"Skype on 3 gives you free Skype-to-Skype calls forever, whether you're on Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go. All you need is a compatible 3 mobile with the Skype application installed (it's free to download from Planet 3).You don't even need to top up to make free calls forever."I don't want a contract. Do these phones work through the internet? I'm thinking I can give one to my partner, and keep one, we both travel. For £80 it's got to be cheaper than what we spend on cheap rate phone calls over a few months. It's the old, if it seems to good to be true, it probably is, thing. Do they work and is it likely to be free calls forever?Thanks0

The pledge is too clear to back out of I think. Skype is very good, but remember, you need to be able to get a strong signal to make calls. In balance, I'd recommend 3 and Skype very strongly......free IM & free calls to mobiles from computers on Skype too!! 3 say that heavy Skype users are heavy mobile users too, hence the offer. Give it a go, you've very little to lose.0

And these Skype to Skype calls will work with one 3 phone in the UK and one 3 phone overseas?0

I dropped my Three Nokia mobile yesterday ..argh! It is not broken or cracked but some of teh screen is damaged internally...DAK how much Three charge for a repair?0

To answer z1000000, I've called friends in Japan & France from my 3 mobile free of charge via Skype.....all data charges are free in the UK. My mate calls his wife (long story!) in the States too, gratis. If you are abroad & calling I guess you will pay data charges, but don't forget there is an IM option too....this must be cheaper than talking via the web.0

Handset: INQ
Most commonly used location: Birmingham
Ease and reliability and connection: Easy to use has lag and has a firmware issue witch 3 is aware of witch makes the phone ramdomaly switch off
Any other problems: Customer service is rubbish, all call centers are in India and CS staff controdict each other and at times are hard to understand. are reluctent to let you terminate contract and what ever you do DO NOT USE THE INTERNET UNLESS YOU HAVE THE UNLIMITED (1gb) ALLOWENCE the reason i say this is they recently tried to charge me a whopping £70 (£2 per mb) for internet access after i canceled the bundle which they are now reversing as i wasnt informed, Therefore steer Clear of 3 as soon as the upgrade truns up its going back and it will be bye bye 3
Overall service and rating (out of 10): 00 -

when i called repair dept they said they collect phone and inspect damage and call me with a price to repair min cost is £29.99...they never told me about any charges like this.
maybe best to call the cust services and ask them politely that you were not informed of teh charge and that you will see CAB advise and make complaint.0 -
Dear Matty Be very aware you must cancel in writing I should use recorded delivery as I was not allowed to cancel and was still being billed and nasty letters from debt collecters a year later even though they knew I had my phone stolen and kept paying the debt I should not have as they would not send my PAC I had to go to Otelo and trading Standards before they would stop harrasing me Good Luck0
