Do it without amending and see if it works.

I tried, but it won't accept any of my cards, as they all have my middle initial on, the three website won't let me add it :(

I suppose I could ask the bank if they'd send me a replacement card with the name displayed as three have it...:rotfl:

I took-up a contract with '3' purely because their coverage in Colchester is miles better than T-mobile.
I chose a Nokia E71, I have installed JoikuSpot on it so I can use it as a mobile BB WiFi hotspot without having to pay for a data-plan (unlimited broadband is included in the contract price).

Coverage in Earls Colne (on the Airfield) is pretty much hit & miss (but then so is orange, T-mobile, Virgin, Tescomobile & O2).

I didn't apprecciate the sales call to see how I was finding the service, turns-out they were trying to flog insurance.

Why not try Accounts instead? Phone 333 and go through to Accounts and ask them to change your a/c? Might work…

Is that included in your 'unlimited' 3 deal. I.E., maximum of 1GB?

Hi Guys, am new to this forum but thought of joining in as been with three for more than three years now.

Recently (about a week and a half) got upgraded to the nokia N97 for under £20 a month for 750 mins, 150 texts, Unlimited internet, with 50 free video calling minutes and 50 free MMS every month all that with the free phone on an 18 months contract

Looking at the deals available on the n97 with other networks, think have got a great deal, although their network do suck sometimes, overall i think they have been really good :j:j

    Three cheers for 3 !!

I've been on 3 for a few years now and have had no problems whatsoever with the network.

I've stayed with them for so long as they have always done me a good deal for staying with them (which other networks seem to be doing less and less)

Last year, i didn't need a new phone so they gave me a 25 pound a month loyalty discount, which means i'm only paying 5 a month for 500 mins and 100 texts.

This year i did need a new phone so i got the htc tytn II free and still kept my 5 pound a month contract.

It's a pitty more companies don't reward customer loalty anymore!

I have had a horrendous time with 3. I'm trying to cancel my contract (giving the required 30 days notice) and two different people have basically refused to let me cancel it. They have both tried to get me to stay by offering other deals but as I'm being given an iPhone I am moving to 02 and there is nothing they can say to change my mind - this doesn't stop them trying though.

Three have possibly the rudest most patronising call centre staff I have ever come accross. I have given up on cancelling my contract by phone (which is how they tell you to do it) and have sent a recorded delivery letter to their customer service centre - lets hope that works!

I would honestly never recommend three to anyone, the coverage is shocking also.
