    The free magic number, unlimited texts and mobile internet are all Orange promotions and will be on your deal already, this can be verified by speaking to Orange. Like Orange Wednesdays etc these are all standard for the tariff in question, and I think most of them are explained if you click "More Info" next to the tariff on our site.

    We don't range the £10 discount (which is on-bill) on the Dolphin 45 tariff but I see that you have taken our 12m Half Price offer, so comparing the 2 deals we get an average line rental per month of:

    Dialaphone; £32.08 (18 x 35 - 3 x 17.50) /18
    Mobiles.co.uk; £30 (12 x 22.50 + 6 x 45) /18

    Obviously you are already in a better position than via Dialaphone, but if you wish to cancel we can arrange this for you - email [EMAIL="returns@mobiles.co.uk"]returns@mobiles.co.uk[/EMAIL] and they will sort out a returns reference and send full instructions.

    Yep - sorry, when I say "remove this today" or "update that today" this refers to the work, which then goes onto the live site the next time we publish. As the page has had fewer than 250 visits in the last month it may hang around longer than an update to a more visible page - but it's on its way out :)

    Please stop calling me dishonest. It's not true and it's not called for - you misunderstand various things, misinterpret others and then accuse me of being dishonest. It's not constructive and doesn't help MSE users.

    However, I've spent about 200 posts trying to discuss this with you and we've got nowhere, so I'm not hopeful this can be dealt with. You are welcome to your opinions about us (even though they have no basis in fact, and actually you are a customer of ours who has not had any problems with your claims).

    Terms and Conditions of cashback by redemption ae exactly that - conditions which must be met for payment to be made. The time it takes a cheque to arrive after we've confirmed payment is not part of the T&Cs. Simple?

    Actually I think you'll find numerous posts I've made from home, on the road etc outside normal hours, but that's beside the point (other than the one I keep repeating - I'm here to help, and to see what problems people are having that I can solve and prevent from re-occurring). If you think this is "hype and PR" then I guess you don't work in marketing..

    Yet again you're confusing/deliberately conflating us with CPW to try and make out that something a whole other company did or didn't do is somehow my responsibility, or something. I've worked for Mobiles.co.uk for nearly 8 years, and yet you're happy to claim you know more about us and then try to say you were talking about a whole different company when called on it.

    As I already explained the Price Match page on our site was removed from the navigation years ago, but lived on via Google (which is what our internal site search runs on, as well). As soon as this was highlighted I took steps to solve the problem - this was the first Price Match query I'm aware of since we stopped operating it.

    So good to know you can speak for me, even though the words (like so many others of yours) are totally untrue.

    I have answered all those points many times yet still you try to distort them. I am talking about MOBILES.CO.UK and I will sort those problems myself as appropriate. The fact that when you walk talk and behave more like other cpw clones every day does nothing to detract from mhy actual dealings with you and the responses you give on here.

    Having run my own business for more than 27 years and voted all my life I believe I am a VERY good judge of "PR" and SPIN. You are a prime example of both.
