    MJ,

You say you have evidence and facts, but you have produced none and ignored my attempts to help you.

Based on this, and your constant promotion of other companies desite actually being a customer of ours yourself I really find it hard to take you seriously.

Please, let me help my customers without you sticking your uninformed nose in? There's plenty of people asking for help on this forum, surely your time is better spent helping them
and allowing me to help those people I can?

    Regards,

I have answered all those points many times. I don't want your "help" - I wonder if Silk regrest asking for it weeks ago when all normal recourse failed? In any case I will get my money from you in which ever way your company (cpw) demands - as I have previously.

You are now not only repeating that I am "uninformed" (previously, according to you on several occassions "libelous"! :rotfl:) but resorting to insults. I will always call a liar a liar and you are definitley that.

Rest assured my warnings (based on knowledge and experience with your company and other dealers) will remain unabated by your desperate and rather pathetic attempts to shut me up. In fact, your responses since appearing on this forum when your company got SO bad that problems started appearing publicly have made me MORE cautious of you than before. The same old noises as E2save, the same excuses and the same old LIES.

The BEST way to help people on here is to warn them against trusting you in the first place!

Trust me, I've met more knowledgeable potatoes.

While they obviously are trying to help in some places, you should be very wary of thinking they are informed or are here to "watch your backs".

    Regards,

I can't speak for Quentin (unlike you who seem more than desperate to speak for him and for me without having a CLUE of just how much we know about you!) but my views are VERY informed! Not only that, but I'm not PAID to give them and get nothing out of so doing except personal attacks. Good job then that I am thick skinned and won't be driven away by propaganda from a dishonest rep. I am one "potatoe" which won't go away!

    Regards,

Trust me they did save me alot of grief, I was deciding whether to start a CPW or a phones4u cashback deal. I'm happy to say I chose the latter because of all their posts, my friend chose CPW (against my advice:rolleyes:) and she has had no end of grief trying to get her cashback paid , she gave up in the end.

Oh, and I have gone out of my way to not be promotional, to the extent of declining to respond to sales approaches, I have never ever promoted the site or deals or anything -,

Care to comment about this response from the AV Forum ?????

The time has come to close this thread now.

This is not a support forum for the company and nor is it acceptable for the company to use this to spread their name and products. So since this is all this thread has become and we have moved way away from the original question, I'm closing this thread.

Seems to me the AV forum don't see it the way you do Ben ????

I don't want to drive you away - I want to have useful discussions about improving our site, and to help customers. You want neither.

As with Quentin, I'm ignoring you from now on.

    1) People ask questions about things I can answer - stock in this case
    2) I answer them - not promoting, answering.
    3) People say thanks

It's their forum and they can run it how they want; you'd have not answered the questions then?

Thanks for taking such an interest in our company, and have a good day.

Please don't ignore me but can you inform me of any 12 months free deals/18 months free deals etc.?
You can pm me any details and provide easy info on how to claim.

    Much appreciated for any help.

  • Love-hearts: Thank you. Both Quentin and I have come under a lot of attack recently for standing up and telling it like it is with this dealer - unfortunately their responses have made that criticism more severe than it otherwise would have been. Whilst the rep and one or two others nmight not believe this, I wish it were otherwise since good deals from reputable comanpies are increasingly rare to find. I asnswered on here about a year ago on this company when I hadn't used them. I stated that the jury was out, that their t&c were clearer than other cpw clones but that they were nethertheless cpw when all's said and done. Since then I have used them several times for myself and others and already twice we have got to the point of issuing a LBA before getting paid. We have also several other broken promises and I have found the rep has been lying on here on several occassions - only some of which I have highlighted on here.

As long as I can help one person realise that this company cannot be trusted I will continue to put them to the test. If they are found wanting it is their doing and not mine. They could respond very differently; come clean, take on board fair and specific criticisms and points and stop running around ignoring them, making profoundly untrue promises and claims and denying their own t&c when it suits them.

I think you will find there are no free 12 month or 18 month free deals any more with any provider. The state of the mobile company finances in the recession seems to have ended those ... for now.
  • Oh, and I have gone out of my way to not be promotional, to the extent of declining to respond to sales approaches, I have never ever promoted the site or deals or anything - if you think I am then report me to MSE, instead of using unfounded accusations and insulting language against me. I am here to help, not to sell, but rather than being welcoming and taking this opportunity to work with one of the largest online retailers to improve things for everyone you resort to trying to score cheap points by constructing elaborate lies and stories based on your twisted version of events.

I come here to help customers and to have a conversation, but I agree wholeheartedly with others that you are essentially a troll, using inflamatory language to try and get a response out of me. As such, I am ignoring your comments from now on - any response will be via abuse@ or legal routes.

    Have a good day,

    Pathetic!

Like I have told you several times - SUE ME! :rotfl:
