Yep, all being looked into and resolved - thanks. Just wanted to make sure we didn't miss something on eg an affiliate site, somewhere deep in our own site etc.

    Thanks,

    Thanks for the commentary.

You say "it's an artifact of an old Price Match scheme that we haven't operated in years", yet the pages you now wish to disown both carry this 2009 copyright assertion????

Not defending them, the copyright is usually a generic tag across all pages on a site.

    Thanks for the commentary.

This patronising comment from the company rep doesn't hide the fact that anyone dealing with this company needs to heed the advice constantly given throughout this and the related mobiles.co. threads.

You need to take prints of all relevant ts + cs at the time they are offered and accepted by both parties!

    "officially best online retailer 2008"

whoever said that clearly never had to deal with customer services

    Silk,

Previous posts of yours carrying my name have been removed. You are breaking forum rules by identifying posters. Please remember this, and edit the above post? Yes, my name is on Press Releases. The numerous awards were given to us by several independent publications and mobile phone industry bodies and reflect the hundreds of thousands of happy customers who have used our innovative and industry-leading website.

    Quentin,

I'm going to be blunt but please don't take offense; you are not being helpful, you are under-informed about the operation of both a commercial web site and a mobile phone retailer and I do not have time to continue responding to your posts so please, let me get on with helping customers and keep your opinions out of these threads? Feel free to start your own threads if you have any questions, comments, opinions or facts you feel you must share. MJ appears to have accepted that we're here to solve specific customer problems, not spend all my time arguing this or that; could you do me the courtesy of respecting this too?

    Regards,

Thank you. My job title is fairly irrelevant to be honest , but this profile is soon-to-be transferred to a more customer facing department so I want to avoid confusion.

    You change your attitude quickly!

Compare your above directed at me to your second post in this thread also directed at me:
    Thanks for the commentary.

I wonder why you feel that customers shouldn't express "opinions" in threads concerning your company? (It was you who expressed your opinion that yours was the fairest online mobile retailer, I recall!)

But where have I posted to express an opinion anyway? Certainly not in this thread. (As you chide posters for breaking posting rules, you ought not to attempt to cause this type of trouble by posting this false accusation)
