I had to issue legal proceedings to receive some/all of my cashback
Hello I have read all here and have posted on the other forum regarding mobile rainbow. I have a CCJ against this company and have received no money from them since the case was heard on 31 March. I have just received information about enforcing the judgement but this will cost more money, and may not be successful. Has anybody else had any success with this? Does anyone have any financial information which would give me an idea of which method of enforcement to go for?

have agreed 4 installments in mediation, first 1 is due next week. I still have a court case due in june, in case they dont pay. thought it was better to accept this way as no further costs have been incurred at this stage and i can apply straight to the courts if they dont comply with the mediation. rather than start the whole process again. I will posts any payments made, but surely they would not bother with the mediation if about to go under? or i maybe wishful thinking...

    Hi,
I have nearly reached the end of my contract period with no payment just excuses. I have waited until now to start legal proceedings. I am now wondering whether it is worth it given the latest messages. There are 3 other people I know personally already out of therecontract 2 with 1 payment & 1 with no payments. Is it possible to do it as a group to reduce legal costs.

    Can anyone help?

has anyone thought about getting the tv program "WATCHDOG"involved to help and possibly show msol for what they really stand for on national tv.

You picked one of the worst companies and didn't enforce payment months ago as you should have done. I agree - you're better off avoiding cashback deals (most are).

oh my god i nearly fell off my chair when i saw a nice deposit in my bank account today,

MR have paid me the 1st installment today as agreed at mediation 3 payments to go. I would love to cancel my court hearing if they pay me the 3...

after 8 months of waiting, and i thought they would go bust before i saw any money, so dont give up guys, apparently they still have funds and are trying to avoid CCJ's good news for some

Today is a good day in the case of me vs MSOLS

Yes that is their registered office address - apparently they "occupy" room 11 at Parade House. Hopefully someone will be able to locate their whereabouts and share the info here.

    @ Tombola2005.

The £55 needed for a warrant does look a bit of a gamble - maybe worth waiting to hear if henryboy's cheque comes (indicating that the one payment the bailiff did get hasn't bounced), and whether or not the bailiff gets anywhere on his second warrant.

Henryboy: any update with your two bailiff warrants?

I have had judgement passed against MSOLs for immediate payment, however I have now received a letter stating that the court is unable to process the judgement because:

"We are unable to register a limited company/firm. Please advise if the judgement relates to:

    a) Limited company trading as a firm
    b) Joint judgment against limited company and firm
    c) Firm only
    d) Limited company only
    e) Firm part of address for limited company eg accountants or solicitors
    f) Other - please specify

Which should I choose ? All of MSOL's details have been pulled through from the MCOL website - in the CCJ information section they are listed as:

    Name:
    Mobile Rainbow (MSOLS ltd)

    Address:
    Mobile Rainbow,
    Parade House,
    135 The Parade
    Watford
    WD17 1NS

    Thanks !
