I had to issue legal proceedings to receive some/all of my cashbackDredging this one up for the past again... sorry!
Just had a sales approach to my company from a Anuraag from Rupiz Compare
http://www.rupizcompare.co.uk
Domain registered to our old friend Rupinder Khurana. This guy still keeps going. Why isn't he in jail yet?! He should be banned from being a director at the very least. Where are the regulators?!
Meanwhile honest companies limp on through the recession.
Sorry, it's just brought up all my anger with these guys again. Grrrr!0 -

its so annoying that so many consumers are left in this situation. i bought my first ever contracts from mobile rainbow. they never gave me anything. took them to court and they (mr. khurana) admitted about £750 was owed to me and agreed to pay in installements (that was 2 years ago) never heard anything, when i issued a warrant of execution, they replied to me saying that their address is a 'virtual' address so they couldnt do anything. just today i happened to visit their website, tried to send an email through contact us and it didnt go, saying invalid comments. there is no phone number. their registered address has changed, name of the parent company has changed. they are still trading............
why can we (together) just not request some sort of proper investigation into it?0 -
hi no im dredging up the past was going thru old posts and saw yours i also took them to court in feb 2009 won but they didnt pay sent in baliffs who apparently went to office which turned out to be a shoe shop i know of 7 different companies that bloke is a director of also his home addresses and other compay directors
does any one know if mobile rainbow was an agent of a company [and can prove it] ie you bought a phone/contract did it come back thru carphone wharehouse or some one like that?? as i might take '3' to court under agency law as basically their agent mobile rainbow has technically run off with the money so as they were supplying me with a phone thru 3 they must be an agent and means 3 could or should be liable under agency law [if the agents default then the principal company 3 has to pick up the bill being there agent and promising things using there trade names headed paper etc etc]
i have taken o2 and carphone wharehouse to court sept 2009 and o2 posted 20 page defence carphone wharehouse didnt reply so i stop action against o2 and got judgment passed as cpw didnt respond so i won case and finally got £535 out of them after i threatend to send in baliffs RESULT!!!!
now doing same for my girlfriends account with them then back to mobile rainbow muppets happy days!!!:mad:0
