i was going to write to my MP. i was also going to write to trading standards and some other groups. i even got as far as typing out my letter. but i decided against it simply because i have absolutely no faith that it will make a blind bit of difference.

i went to court (at my expense), won the court case (again at my expense), sent the bailiffs round (at my expense) and in the end nothing. nothing at all. its all very well having a court system to fight against mobile rainbow. but what can they actually do? i think i've now lost close to a 100 quid to the courts now. money wasted. i have a worthless bit of paper saying i won my case and thats it. i'll be sure to frame it at home.

the sad truth is that mobile rainbow won't be closed down. this khurana fella will swan off happily with our money. the government will let him. the courts will let him and the banks will let him. why on earth is he allowed to have a virtual office with 2million£ turnover? what possible reason does he have to not have an office in the UK.??! oh yeah i know.... so he can dodge the bailiffs when people take his dodgy company to court.

did anyone who went to court actually have a representative from MR turn up? they didnt for me. and now i know why.

ridiculous, plain ridiculous. why i wasted my time putting faith in the courts is beyond me. next time i wont bother.

    hey guys

i am also in the same position as some of you, just sent anoher letter to my local court due to the difference in defender's name. i wrote Msols Limited (Mobile Rainbow) and when I called the guy up at The Registry Trust Ltd, and I was told that I needed to write t/a instead of brackets. I have posted it but as many people have no faith in the court system as well.

more info on this Rupi dude, he has opened up another company in India called PaisaWaisa.com (direct translation - money like that LOL).

    http://www.indiaprwire.com/pressrelease/financial-services/200803077907.htm

direct link to his new con business in India - http://www.paisawaisa.com/

just thought i contribute to the current problem.

good luck to those who still haven't given up!

How about if a group of us gets together and tries the bank account thingy, by say 10 (or more) of us (pay a fiver (or less) each) and 1 person tries it and goes to court and gets an order to get funds from MSOLS bank account. If it works for that 1 person then we know its a route we can all take. If it doesnot work then we know not to bother and it would have only cost us less than a fiver..
    im up for it.
PM me if interested and I can see if there is enough of us

  • This is a longshot but if someone can stomach it they could start dating him:

I don't think that's him mate. I have his home address anyhow, not that it will do you any good. If you'd like it, PM me.

Ooops I just sent an email to the addy on that site!

Is his home address in the UK? If so I would be very intrested in getting hold of this.

I have decided after reading through this board that its going to be a waste of time to go the legal route and will eventually just leave me feeling more frustrated and angry than I already am. How a company can (and continue) to get away with this is beyond me.

The only thing that will console me at this stage is a bit of personal justice, which seems hard to enforce on a faceless (or idd officeless) organisation. I'm open to any ideas/suggestions as im now drawing blanks.

Does someone definitely collect on a Friday? Most Virtual Office providers offer a post-forwarding service. In any case, I don't think it'll get you any closer to your money.

    P.S No I don't live near Watford.

Can't the big wigs at mse.com do anything to help us or at least use the power of tv to get this guy to account for himself?

Gut feeling is that as scams/fraud goes, this is probably on the smaller scale, and so not really worthy of investigation or media interest. Obviously annoys the hell out of people like me and you.
