Hi all,
My CCJ was due for payment about 2 weeks ago.
I have not received a penny.
Looking at the previous post. Theres no point, taking out a warrant.
Has anyone tried; Thrid party debt order [TPDO] or Charging order [CO]?
TPDO - to stop the defendant taking money out of his or her bank or building society account
CO - prevents the defendant from selling his or her assets (such as property, land or investments) without paying what is owed to you

I have a date in court with these idiots. 15th Dec. Looking forward to it as I did everything instructed to do so by there own agreement.
I hope to be the bearer of good news.
I still can't believe this lot are allowed to rip people off like this without any comeback. What are the authorities doing and what are they there for..... you are supposed to protect the consumer.Don't let the !!!!!! Turpin barstewards win!!0 -
If you read back through the thread, you will see that despite winning in court, then spending more to enforce the court's judgement, no-one is getting paid.
You can cancel your court hearing by giving 7 days written notice to the court, and if the situation remains the same during October and November you could at least save a bit by cutting your losses and cancelling your claim - say at the beginning of December.0 -
I had to issue legal proceedings to receive some/all of my cashbackA quick update from me - still no money paid and I have a Court Judgement against them. Still looks like the Courts aren't worth it. You're best at this stage writing off your loss but let the authorities know about it (write to your MP).0

None of the above (post details of your situation in the thread)Dont throw good money after bad, cancel your court date, cause the win is not worth the paper its written on.0

Through no fault of my own I've lost some/all of my cashbackHi. Here are my experiences with Mobile Rainbow:
I sent back relevant bills on time, and should have been paid over £300 in cashback. I didn't receive any reimbursement and after months of phoning mobile rainbow call centre, decided to try HMCS Money Claim Online. After going through this process and with Rupinder (Director of Mobile Rainbow) denying the sum of money owed, I then booked a court hearing at my local county court. On the day, the Director didn't show up and therefore judgment was automatically in my favor. One month on from the hearing, I still have no money from Mobile Rainbow even though the judgment date has passed.
I think that's the end of the road for me - time to cut my losses and accept that I, along with many hundreds of other people have been conned, cheated, let down and completely disrespected. Rupinder and his band of thieves at mobile rainbow have no desire to repay any money they promised when we took a mobile phone contract out with them. I also feel a bit cheated by 3 mobile since they evidently allowed Mobile Rainbow to trade on their behalf.
I would like to see the Mobile Rainbow website completely shut down (even though they now simply link to other sites).
Does anyone have any more ideas? It seems that a court ruling is completely useless, that any means of enforcement of the judgment has no effect. Where else can we go if the legal system, apparently, has no power over Mobile Rainbows disregard for the law?
For those interested, the below sites have addresses located at 135, The Parade High Street (I'm sure you'll be familiar with this address!)

Since Rupinder is evidently still trading under different names (and being trusted with peoples finances!!!), is there any way we can still go after him?0 -
None of the above (post details of your situation in the thread)hi guys, an update from my side. i just got a letter from my county court regarding my judgement, but I dont see any money coming in to me in the near future. is there anything that i can do now? or do i just have to wait and hope for the money to come or even just leave that hope aside and accept that I have lost over £600 for this?
Please advise.
Thanks

I had to issue legal proceedings to receive some/all of my cashbackHi da3017,
I've been waiting for my payment since judgement too without much hope. Not taking Baliff route as not worth it.
That other company will be unconnected with Mobile Rainbow. Their office is/was a Virtual Office, hence many companies will use it as their address.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_office
I think there is a link or contact details in this thread somewhere for the Virtual Office providers themselves if you look through.
EDIT: See you've just found the office provider yourself.0 -
