You'll need to contact the company providing the cash back to check
It's CNM!!
In their T&C, it states that you cannot change your tariff, however, I've just tel Vodafone & they tell me that my price plan hasn't changed, and that due to new European legislation concerning overseas call costs, anyone signing upto 'passport' will have this added onto their bill, even though there isn't a charge.
It will be interesting to see what CNM say!0 -
You are allowed by them to add passport. It is a price plan change with Vodafone, however.0

Please help. Just received a letter from CNM. I had forgot to say on my form that it was the 1st claim so i have failed and lost out on future calims. Any ideas or just an expensive mistake0

owe(etc).... What a load of b*****s! I used to think Vodafone was excellent but they are utter c***p now! It has nothing to DO with the recent European legislation! It has been the case long before then that they would add it free - and more!
i.vohra - I suggest you read the threads before you ask people to write yet again what they have written before.0 -

Sorry mobile junkie - my first look at this site so not quite with it0 -
All, good news - they settled. £386.:D
*If* you think you have a strong case - I suggest moneyclaim as the way to go.agentsmith wrote: »ahem, sorry. I ditched the quote entirely now.
I've already bitten the bullet earlier this afternoon - moneyclaim in progress...
moneyclaim details:
CLAIM 2 of 5. The Company in question claims tariff page was missing.
Under dispute:
A) the claim form submitted to them (copy held) only requires tariff charges to be shown. The time from identifying a 'missing' document and then informing was over 2mths - outside of claim window
C) By their own admission they 'missed' this fact (B) during their check on 26/6.
D) Ts Cs state incomplete claims result in 10GBP Penalty, the only reason it is higher is because of their delay
E) As a result of their inability to inform me of a problem within a reasonable time (over 2months) all subsequent claims are invalid. Meaning a shortfall of £336
Claim was sent the same day the bill was received (11/6) and MA signed for this on 12/6, that left nearly a full month for any subsequent comms to solve the problem0 -

CNM are a bunch of sh**sters.
Paid claim 1 OK.
Claim 2 sent and e-mail recived stating it was all in order and the cheque would be posted with 5 days.
Claim 3 sent
Then leter arrives saying 3 claim refused due to failure of previous claim !!!!!!??
After 2 letters they claim that I had not sent in a claim form with claim 2, but they did not notivce until the 'final checking stage'..................what after they said it was in order??
So claim 2 is invalid hence claim 3,4,5 will all fail.
Total crap, how could they have not noticed there was no claim form, I only sent them 3 pieces if paper for christs sake.
I am taking them to court. I have 2 e-mails saying claim 2 was in order.0 -
Folks,
I won't bore u with the details but Mobile Affiliates Ltd t/a CNM also trade as www.3mobilefone.co.uk. Not sure if this site has recently been set up or not. Have set up thread to see if same problems arise on the later site.

Anyone ever actuially had to go to court after issuing a summons to CNM?
Seems to be they always seem to settle in advance of the court date. Anyone had the whole cashback amount from them in one go or just the installment that was missed?0
