  • Hi everyone.

Does any one know if there's a new cashback claim form which states that the deadline is 60 days?

After they updated the T&Cs, the 60 day rule should apply for everyone right?

The claim form i got when i ordered says 21 days, and i'm worried if i use this old form, they'll try to hold me to the previous T&Cs.

    Thanks.

Just receive my cheque for cashback and court fees so I am happy - for now !

Sent off my next claim, witnessed by a neighbour.

    Well done Bob

Let's hope they don't try to mess u around for the rest of the claims.

Also thanks for documenting your progress on here...it's gonna help a lot of people out!
  • Download one now and it'll still say 21 days. Convenient they reduced it when they went to 21 days from 28 but not up to 60. The only current t&c state 60.
  • Dinosteveus, I am in a similar situation that you were last week (waiting for 4th cheque for 2 mths +, email 4 weeks ago advising it will be out in post within 10 days etc). Is there any chance you could let me know the address you sent your email to and a brief flavour of the threats you made to get such prompt action from these jokers ?thanksBegbie72

    Thanks for the comments.

I was assured, for what it is worth, that CNM were abiding by the new OFCOM guidelines and it applies to ALL customers. Main features are, original or photocopies of bills and 60 days to send claim.

  • Bobstheboy; I'm afraid it ain't worth very much!

Have been waiting for my 4th bill to arrive in order to send off 1st claim under this contract, and I notice that on my Vodafone bill, it states 'As your price plan has changed, we've credited back any unused credit....etc..'

All I did was add on their 'passport' service, the one where you pay 75p & then use your inclusive minutes when phoning from abroad.

This is free, but you have to register for the service.

Is this now going to jeopardize my claim?

You'll need to contact the company providing the cash back to check

I googled "201cashbackclaim.pdf" and found a few different links to the claim form, but they all say 21 days.

I wonder if there's a new version of form floating around with a different filename.
