  • It should apply to all customers in accordance with the OFCOM regulations which were issued in July. They stated to me on the phone that they were complying with them so take that for what it is worth !

Having said that I copied my last bill and sent the original because I was fed up with the hassle I have had with CNM. My copies look identical to the originals so I have a copy if needed.

  • Well, they should have received my MCOL claim about now. I was wondering if I might get the famous "Telephone Call" soon, but I don't think I ever gave them my number (the mobile they supplied is dead now anyway). Just in case, my telephone recorder is sitting ready to go. ;)

Oh for anyone having difficulty with Royal Mail Tracker website not showing delivery - I've had to ring Royal Mail about this many times. Its a tedious process till you get through to a "real person" but if it isn't showing signature on the web tracker you can insist they send you a hard copy free of charge (usually about £2.50 cost). They usually e-mail it to you on the spot as a pdf and you can print thereafter.
The bankers stole my pension (and everyone else's). It should have earned a lot of money, but they took their bonus pot first.
  • Hi Everyone. I've just had my 1ST claim turned down for "no claim month was advised". I claimed for all of my last contract with no problems and am pretty sure I filled the relevant detail on the claim form correctly this time, but as I have no copy of the claim form I can't be 100% sure. Should I bluff them telling them that I have a copy of the claim form, assuming that they are lying, and inform them that I will pursue the full years amount through the small claims court? If they produce a copy of the claim form proving I did omit the claim month, is that then the end of the matter or could I then sue claiming "unfair contract"? Any advice would be much appreciated.

When I say ANYONE, I only mean on this earth - so any Martians etc. looking in, please don't reply and confuse the matter. :D

I received my first 2 claims at £84 each for month 4 and month 6 without any hassle - albeit a bit late. They now started playing tricks on me saying that they do not accept photocopy bills. I did send in the original to them before but that had, allegedly, got lost in the post!
