Yes it does seem like a great deal does'nt it.

I am in the process of signing up for another phone with them, even though I still have to get 3 cash backs due under my existing contract.

Also going to take out another 4 contracts. One for my better half, one each for my kids and one for my Mother. A lot of cash back claims to make I know but I'm sure there won't be a problem.

Off down the Pub now to have a drink in celebration of the great deals offered by CNM:beer:

Just received my 12th bill to claim cashback from CNM,it says on it 1.49 to pay,i cancelled my contract 1 days ago givng the required 1months notice,i thought this bill would say the normal line rental of £35.

does this mean i am snookered to get my cashback for the final claim this week

appreciate any advice

I don't see why if you were connected for the full 12 months and are sending the correct bill (1st 360 days after connection). What the bill shows depends on the network etc. The amount is irrelevant if you've met the t&c for CNM as I just stated.

Yeah, i went with a deal that included an Aston Martin, Bermuda Mansion & a Yacht. Fantastic company, honest friendly but sadly rather simple folk who appear to have shares in Moneyclaim Online. Got to go now & take my sarcasm medication.:rolleyes:

I've just received their, unsigned, reply to my LBA - 19 days after my 14 day notice :rotfl: are they really so dumb as to think I'd wait longer to start court proceedings?

In it they state, surprise, surprise, I sent the wrong bill and I should have sent the previous one, so its end of claims and of course the usual ancillary drivel that goes with it. Do they really think this stupid belligerence will get them anywhere?

I mean, had I actually sent the previous one, they then would have said THAT was the wrong one.
LEARN HOW TO COUNT 300 DAYS MRS SLATER, BOZO-OF-THE-YEAR.
But don't worry, I'll be giving you a lesson in how to do it in the near future.
Clock is still ticking on the court date.:p

I am just so-o-o-o-o looking forward to frying this motley crew in court (with no disrespect intended to the band of a similar sounding name - rock on guys).

Just had the very same. :mad: I have written to them today reminding them that the T&C before June 07 do not require a dispatch note, but have enclosed the dispatch note. I also emailed them to confirm when the new T&C changed (asking for a dispatch note) and got a reply saying June. Looking forward to their response. Have you been paid yet?

Would someone be kind enough to paste a LBA template as I wish to chase up my 1st cheque which has been long promised. I've been waiting over 60 working days.

Despite requests you have not paid me the £xx you owe for my claim dated xxxx.

If this money is not received within 7 days from the date of this letter I will take any necessary action to recover all the money owed under the contract, together with the costs of the action and interest on the sum due.
