    Hi Jo
It seems like you are already making significant progress to setting up your DMP. It will only get better. Get yourself on the chat thread. I found for me, here gave me the opporunity to be myself albeit in a virtual world but I really could leave all my troubles behind. It was invigorating.

    Oh, hows hubby being? Len

He's being great. He says he's proud I'm sortin this out without resortin to him havin to bail me out or sort mess out for me. Think I'm finally thinkin like an adult.Lol:D

Hey Jo, that's brills, I'm glad that he's onside after the initial shock  Like BOS say above perhaps you could show him DFW and see the amount of support there is on here.

Quick post to let you all know how I'm doing. Have asked cccs to send out dmp, and will be sending nominal amounts to creditors this month.
Saving £25 per month on sky. YEAH!
New utility provider is saving me £12 per month with £15 cashback. DOUBLE YEAH!
Have joined lightspeed panel and global test market to do online surveys (just completed 1st one), goin 2 save these points towards xmas.

And biggest and best news - hubby is being super supportive as he can see I'm sortin this big mess out.

Anyone out there who is in a similar position, please be aware there is a way out of that dark hole.
Good luck to all, and well done to those already dealing with their debts. (((big hugs)))

    Go Jodan!

It is difficult at first, but your husband is being wonderful about everything and you are getting the support you need.

Hi Jodan, I've advised another newcomer to read your thread, her's is here > http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1873677

She is keeping her situation from her hubby and needs advice, I think reading how far you've come in such a short space of time will be a huge inspiration for her

Well done Jodan, you've come a long way in a short time. You should be really proud of yourself. Your hubby reacted rather than thinking (its a bloke thing apparently! - sorry guys, but mine is the same, react, explode, then look at it logically) and I'm really pleased for you that he is being supportive while you sort this out.
    Good luck sweetheart,

Hi all, hope all are well.
Have got a new account with the halifax and have got all direct debits transferred. Sent off rest of nominal payments until dmp starts. No threatening letters or phone calls yet but know they're coming.

Quick question; how long before cccs will forward plan?
