I suspect that one of their servers still isn't fully operational again, so is bouncing incoming mail.Debt at highest: £6,290.72 (14.2.1999)

It was all working correctly for a while yesterday afternoon but today I too can only send messages from the primus account. When I try sending from another account I get the following failure message:
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 553-"sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)"
var aa=new Array(); aa=document.getElementsByTagName("a"); if(aa!=null)!! for(i = 0; i
Phoned them again and they are aware the problem is still there but are waiting for technicians to confirn it is all up and running properly.
Can you believe it is almost a week??0 -

I have just phoned them 09:00 am and they know about the email still not working I have requested my MAC code and it will be available tomorrow. Late last year the problems started for me and I kept getting no Internet every few weeks I am afraid I need a more reliable connection .
The 2 I am thinking about are Sky (unlimited) or BT Option 3 (I was with BT before I moved and never lost the connection in over 18 months) any problems with these 2?Look after the pennies and the pounds will spend themselves0 -
I phoned them around 6pm and they assured me that everything was now OK. and that their server problems had been completely fixed. When I said that I was able to receive mail but not send they said it must be a problem at my end. I can receive mail from Google but cannot send anything at all!
My problem is the other way round...I can send emails but can't receive them! I've spoken again this morning to Primus and was told that the engineers are due to report back at lunchtime with the diagnosis and how long it will take them to repair.0 -

Yep, me too. I can send e-mails OK, but when anyone tries to reply they get:
"The format of the e-mail address is incorrect. Check the address, look up the recipient in the Address Book, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.
< mx0.ifl.net #5.1.3 SMTP; 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)>"
How've they managed not to have their own domain in their own host file?Debt at highest: £6,290.72 (14.2.1999)

I have google mail and hotmail set up on outlook express and have no problem sending or receiving. We have not bothered with ISP mail accounts for many years since we have a habit of changing and you know a web based account will always be there.0

I can still only send, not received anything for a while now. I stupidly tried to change my email address to my new web mail address for MSE and now I can't sign in with my old name, I suppose I would have had an activation code sent to my primus account which I obviously can't receive.
Get really fed up with this now, anyone heard anything from Primus today?0 -

Just spoke to Gordon (no remarks!) and he said he has asked for an update but got nothing back. (If he was using email it's no wonder!)
I have managed to set up gmail in outlook express but I would rather it was fixed so I don't have to change all my other account details with banks etc.
I wonder who they are using to try and fix this - it's his/her number we really want!0
