Phone them today and they said it was due to be sorted by this afternoon.
May be another bit of spin but let's hope not - I'm expecting an email about picking the mother-in-law up from the airport and would hate to miss it!!! YEAH!

They didn't say what the problem was but said that they had been working over the weekend.
Still, they would, wouldn't they?

6.30pm and still no e-mails. They're really annoying me now. Am very grateful I've got another e-mail address that I use.

Still no emails working for me getting rather ridiculous now I think its 4 days.

I phoned them yesterday and they promised it would be done "sometime to-day". They did no know what the problem was !! 8.10am still no Primus email, thank goodness for Google mail.

Just checked email as well, and still not working, although the "missing" bill from last month, has finally arrived, logged into my account last night, and noticed it, although its dated Friday, it wasn't there Monday morning, so looks like the bill was added to the site sometime after 7am then.

Aaargh 10.05am and still no e-mails. I've lost track of the last time it was working - Tuesday or Wednesday last week?
