Just rang them and got through to a chap who said that the e-mail server will be up by 5pm today.

My email seems to be working now. But only had 6 emails so must have lost all the previous days.

Mine still isn't. I asked what had happened, but the support chap said he didn't know, only that the server should be up and running by 5pm.

Try sending an email to your primus account from google - it says it cannot complete and is a permanent error.
What is that all about?

Still not working at 8.35 am. to-day. I am getting really p****d off with Primus!

I tried sending an e-mail from my Primus account to my Primus account. It sent OK, but I've received nothing back. However, when I sent an e-mail to my Primus account from my work account, it was returned with an error message that the address format was wrong (again).

I'm getting really annoyed as well. I didn't think it was good enough that the chap on the helpline didn't know what the problem was. Fair enough in the first few hours, but after days the support line should have been told.

Just sent one and you are right delivery failure notice so still not working!!!!

It was all working correctly for a while yesterday afternoon but today I too can only send messages from the primus account. When I try sending from another account I get the following failure message:
