I did not receive a reply or acknowledgment to my email, complaining about the downtime we experienced and the lack of information and official explanation. So I telephoned them and Customer Services stated that they are refusing any compensation for costs of using another computer, parking & travel, and have offered £5 to cover the lack of service for 3 days! Big deal.0

Devizes18193, my connection has been working as per normal since the 'problem' was solved on the evening of Nov 1st.
I rang Customer Support to make a complaint (and to raise my concern that no official explanation about the problem - or even an apology - had been forthcoming from Primus since the service was reconnected) and I was told to write to the Customer Service Manager...0 -
with me they said there is a prob on the line and they would arrange for bt to do either a home or exchange vist . the speed is up and dowm i have asked for a update and theyare still waiting bt . when my contract comes up i will proberly be off0

No apology, no acknowledgment of three e mails and one fax in regard to the lost BB and telephone plus i had a general query. I am very disappointed. Of course, I could phone, but i wanted my answers in writing in case there was a problem at a later date. By now I want a written response to show they are a teeny bit bothered about me as a customer

Same as Movingon, I have heard nothing from Primus either and I'm very disappointed in their lack of communication. I have just written to them via snailmail so I wait to see what they have to say...0 -
