The 0800 number is back on but STILL NO BB .Dont bother signing up with this COMPANY0 -
And I have been saying how wonderful they are!! They keep assuring me it is an engineering problem, and they are such a large company I am not worried about my DD. They have also mentioned compensation, but it is still b****y awful to be down for 3 days. Come on Primus get your finger out, or screwdriver. Using computer at local library!!!"0844 COSTS YOU MORE"0

They are in process of moving office "which didn't go as per plan".

Now back online, but not happy that it was 3 days without a connection, was told on day one about the moving offices thing, but everyday it was, "back online in a couple of hours", today i was told, that there was a team from America being called in to sort whatever the problem was.
Not great being offline for so long, especially when we are being told to shop, bank, pay bills using the net, and what with it being the beginning of the month, it has been annoying not being able to check that wages have been paid into bank, to input electric/gas figures, it just goes to show, how much more the computer is used for, other than just surfing the net, and how important that DSL light is on the router!0 -
Back on line to-night at 6.35pm. They had better come up with something good as recompense otherwise I'm off to one of those cheaper deals that MSE Martin has advised about in this week's tips!!!"0844 COSTS YOU MORE"0

We were online Tuesday night until late, then no connection Wednesday morning until this evening (Thursday) about 5:45. Primus have been very honest about their service and always on time with the rebates offered in the first year. Only had one small question about the final rebate and was promptly offered the difference. Will remain with them as long as they offer freephone help and unlimited downloads.0
