me too pretty sure that 0844 numbers are included in free x-net minutes. please note that my contract are (i've 3 contracts which i use exclusively to call international numbers via 0844) with CPW/E2Savewebkami wrote:I can confirm that 0844 is included in 1000 minutes from CPW. I have never tried 0870 on that tarrif but as its in same line of T & C for 0844 / 0845 / 0870 I assume that its included as well. Just do a test call.0

30p a minute?
Surely if you were using an 0844 number to call China Mobile, the call would have come out of your inclusive O2 minutes.Or was you using another network.0 -

I was just thinking if it's possible for ppl affected by this new charges comming in to play on 1st of june would be intrested in calling o2 customer services and complaining . If we all call them at least ounce they might change thier mind like orange did last year.0

Difficult complaining about it when they say it isn't going to happen, but at least they've recorded that they told me that.0 -
To be on safe side you can ask them and when they say it wont be charged then you can request to put that as a note under your account. Much easier to negotiate charges later this way.0

we could all just say its a mobile number so why are they gonna charge us??????? It should be part of cross network minutes.0
