This really is old news :T0 -
i had the same letter and was told the same but i was charged:mad: ,waiting for next months bill to see if they credit it back to me:rolleyes:
Can you post your bill like #2245 (see top right corner of posts to see what I am on about with this number) did just for clarification. Omitting any obvious details.
I don't have time to call them at the moment and have already passed my PAC on to another company to get swapped over. If they haven't done anything with it by Wednesday Ill be walking in to a High Street store picking up a sim card pack and doing it there and then.
Thanks for replying.0 -
I contacted Orange CS on 04/08/2009 and cancelled my contract and asked for a PAC, due to the price increase. Was told it would be 3 - 5 days for the PAC, I wanted until last Friday (14/08/2009) but still no PAC. I called Orange CS and asked about the PAC, they told me that one had not be requested and that if I wanted one, I would have to go back into contract and then buy myself out as they are no longer changing their prices. But they are still going to honor the 30 day disconnection. Does anyone have any idea if I can get the PAC without going back into contract?0

Hello again - thought i'd got my orange contract all sorted but just checked online and have been charged £13 plus change for porting out...just wondering if they are allowed to do this? It also doesn't say it's my final bill even though the sim card is now invalid. Confused!!0

:beer: I think I might have been the first to break the news of the change...What a shock :eek:There is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;
