I am quiet suprised that no one from MSE called them to get the low down.
This is clearly a big story and a lot of people are VERY unhappy. The company are wrong in so many ways yet they seem to be almost getting away with it.

I have had Watch Dog ask for more Info, and CISAS now launching an Investigation so not over yet.

Orange made a Big Mistake, making out they were in the right, especially when I deal with Legal Contracts every Day.

I told oneof the CSR that I was recording the call and he very loudly and in a monotone said "for the benefit of the tape I do not give my permission for you to record me and you are in breach of the data protection act"
I nearly wet my pants laughing and he hung up on me!!!

Well he is being recorded anyway. You should have said there is a criteria to meet for there to be a breach. If:
    - he hasnt complained in the last 3 months to you; and
    - he hasnt gone over his minutes talking to you; and
    - Say Ofcom agreed to the recording

    ;)
