I'm not a halfwit I know the difference between the free invoice and an itemised bill
Didn't mean for one moment you were a halfwif (and don't think I said you were either)..I think it is misleading to have 2 types of paper bills to be honest. As both are bills but slightly different.
if yours have changed for some reason then there is a problem there ,as I said before.
however the fact remains... If your bill was free before then it should still be free and the charge difference has not taken effect (and wasn't due to till Sept) so if they have changed your bills before then that is something different to this I should think.There is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;

I just asumed the bill changing thing was seperate to the other charges changing as this was last months bill and they said I'd been notified the month before that!! (June) I'm going to wait for my final bills to come and if they haven't credited the money back I'll be giving them a call.
I'm so effing sick of Orange and their shoddy tactics, I'm well rid...0 -

Think we need the rep here to explain all this...
A company policy should be just that, policy. Not open to any service rep to change as they like.
I want to know why people were offered and given new phones.. Not a hard question really.There is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;

Well after reading his thread i managed to cancel my 18 month Orange contract ( 4 months to run ) the first time i spoke to someone at Orange, just received my PAC code 2 days after asking for it and have now returned home from the O2 store with a shiny 16GB 3GS iphone in my possession, thanks for the people on here who's advice i have followed and i have to say thanks to Hayley at Orange, very nice and easy to talk to.
Hope everyone out there gets what they want with regards to their Orane contract.0 -
Looks like no one else will be able to cancel so all we can do now is try to get someone to explain the shocking customer (not) careThere is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;
