I hate this company! I have never had anything but trouble! I am supposed to be paying £35 a month but for some reason its coming out at between £55 and £60 a month!!! As soon as my contract is up in couple of months, as a lot of you will will be doing I hope, I am cancelling it and moving elsewhere!

If you setup your online account you get FULL itemised billing, no reason at all to not know why your using an extra 20/25quid a month

They haven't changed the T&C's online yet

Does that mean it should still be the same? So we should be still allowed to cancel?
  • There is a statement from orange here http://www.bitterwallet.com/orange-cancel-call-charge-increases-official-statement/16638

Don't understand why its not been put on their own website

I just took a contract with ORANGE yesterday after getting my new phone, so I agreed to the new prices in September, they have now retracted these so surely I am within my right to cancel as the terms i have now been put on are not the same as the original ones:confused:

What happens to those customers who are still waiting for PAYG sim cards to arrive, will you call to activate them and be told “Sorry the changes are not going ahead and therefore we cannot activate this PAYG sim card”???

Not sure why you would want to , as it must mean you are paying less for what you have.

Just had an email from orange, they have not made the call changes and are refusing my cancellation - time to haggle for a buy out

If they have not made the call changes then how can you cancel ? Nothing has changed. Did I miss something ?
