Is there anything she can do?
This is going against what the chap from Orange said on the previous page. No wonder people are angry with Orange when they say one thing and do another. Come on Orange, sort it out!0 -
Just looking for confirmation again sorry..
but if orange disconnected my sim after agreeing to cancel. there is no way they can re-connect and resume the contract yea ?
sorry just kinda worried now0 -
What Orange have done here is to try and sneek these price changes through the back door, saying that it will only affect certain users. They did this by texting certain customers, knowing fine well that it would cause an uproar if they made it public!
How the hell is Orange able to get away with treating it's loyal customers in this way?0 -

how could she receive a voicemail if she had immediate disconnection?0 -
I meant that they they notified people over the phone about the change, but stopped them cancelling until they received 'the text'.Human_Writes wrote: »If you haven't received the text, then you haven't been given notice by Orange of any changes to your contract, I can't see that they'd be required to notify you, that they aren't making a change if they haven't told you they were going to make the change in the first place, if you see what I mean.0 -

She was supposed to be disconnected at midnight, that didnt happen. Missed a call from Orange and a CSR left a voicemail. Sure she will ring them up later!0 -
Just to clarify: Orange is not changing the prices?
Guess I can keep the HTC Hero and Unlimited Data, can I? :j0 -
Hi,
I have just tried as many people have to cancel my contract under section 4.3 of Terms & Conditions but are basically telling me where to go now!!!
He told me that I should receive a text soon saying that they are now not going to be increasing call charges. Has anybody actually received this text message?? I am desperate to get away from this awful company so am looking to do what i can!0
