Orange Price changes ?

just checked my disconnected sim and it's still staying disconnected so im guessing they can't re-connect me as thats going against what the rep said earlier anyways.

Disgusted to hear that people who were told they could cancel are now not being cancelled

I have just got off the phone from Orange and the rep (rob 30466) told me that Orange are not going ahead with the changes now.
He said " after feedback received we are not going to change peoples contracts"

So got my paper invoice back and will see what the charge is come the 17th

I've just been to an Orange shop to ask about these charges and the lady there told me that they were still going ahead, but she wasn't able to help as I'd need to ring 150. I'm now very confused and want to get out but at the moment it's not looking very possible to find another deal! will have a chat with DH tonight when I get in as don't know what to do right now

Has anyone received a text saying that the increase in charges is not going ahead anymore? The bloke i spoke to (Phil in the retentions team) told me that i should have received a text saying this but I haven't. Anyone else received this?

You are not the only one! Surely there must be a way that we can use this. At the moment all we are doing is taking their word for it! isn't that why we have contracts so all of this are cleared up!?!?!?

I hate this company! I have never had anything but trouble! I am supposed to be paying £35 a month but for some reason its coming out at between £55 and £60 a month!!! As soon as my contract is up in couple of months, as a lot of you will will be doing I hope, I am cancelling it and moving elsewhere!
