I've got two numbers on the one account. Was told yesterday that they would send out a PAC code for one of the numbers but the other number wasn't valid for early cancellation, due to it not using 08 numbers and not going over the minutes. But after reviewing the bills I've noticed that that number has called 08 numbers so therefore should be valid for the cancellation.....
So can I call back and say the request I put in yesterday should be valid for both numbers..... Hope this makes sense lol
Sorry I can't answer account specific questions (I don't work in Customer Services) so it's best to ask them direct.“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Orange. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. Just for the record, after the way I was treated by Orange CSR, whenever the time arises for me to review my options regarding either up-grading my phone or moving to a new service provider
I WILL DEFINATELY NEVER CONSIDER GOING BACK TO ORANGE
THEY CERTAINLY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS OR TREAT THEM WITH RESPECT.
Nuff said, innit
sorry for shouting!!! lol0 -
I have a question for Orange Rep:
With my latest Orange Bill there is a page which informs me that from Oct you will be charging £1.47 for each bill.
However I have the option of receiving online bills free.
Can you tell me does the online bill have the same apperance as the bill I get through the post?
I ask as I need bills at certain points which I send off for Cashback Claims.
Thanks.I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -

Agreed! And im sure many others feel the same! Terrible service, C.S Staff taking things too personally, ok, they were doing as they were told, but theres ways to go about doing it with respect and politely!0 -

I am sure you are aware of the COMMUNICATIONS ACT 2003, which states'Any proposed Modifications that are not agreed to'
We didnt agree with these modifications, yet we were given 30 Days Notice of the PROPOSED changes.
Example
Someone who got a text on the 3rd of August and was then told today they were not happening, HAD 10 Days to terminate their contract under the above ACT, BUT they were not allowed their right to exercise this.
Dispite there being notes on their account stating they requested disconnection.
I am sure you are aware this is a breach of the above ACT and therefore anyone who has notes on their account between the text and todays date are still LEGALLY entitled to cancel. THIS HAS BEEN LOOKED INTO AND I HAVE HAD THIS CONFIRMED.
So please can you give us a Statement on this Point Please.
Many Thanks0 -
