When you use your PAC code your Orange contract will be disconnected then, I am in the same boat as you as I was told I was cancelled on monday morning, but waiting for my PAC code to arrive and a bit worried now that they won't cancel it!0 -

Yea if you have a orange pay go just quickly register that on that account and you will be able to view your final bill for the monthly acount.0 -

I'm in exactly the same position - phone Thursday, agreed cancellation, requested PAC, still not arrived!0 -

I called on Sunday to ask for my contract to be cancelled as I was not happy with the new charges, but was told I would have to wait for the text confirmation.
Now I'm told that Orange have backtracked on the decision meaning I can no longer cancel. Is this correct even though I asked to cancel before today's announcement?0 -

Afraid it looks like it as you hadent yet recived the text. So the cancellation request was not processed so you won't be able to cancell now.0 -
